The Rubberized coir sheet and blocks are manufactured by processing Twisted Fibre known as Curled fibre with natural rubber latex. The curled fibre when mixed with latex would give the spring effect to the rubberized coir block. This bedding component is vastly used by the mattresses manufacturers to enhance the comfort in the mattress.
The rubberized coir sheets and block can be customized according to the customer requirement and can produce in different densities from 20 density upwards. The minimum thickness of the sheet will be 1cm. We have the capability to customize the product for varying fiber latex ratios as well. There are two types of sandwich mattresses and sheets.

Natural & biodegradable interlinked small pots to make a tray for establishing seedlings. These small pots can be separated & replanted once the seedling is established. Due to the ability to plant with the pot damage to the root system of the seedling is avoided thus eliminating the replanting shock.
Moisture retainers/weed discs manufactured from needled coir sheets should be placed on the soil or on top of the plant pots. It helps retain moisture around the root, reducing evaporation. Weed growth is also suppressed minimizing the need for weedicides. Available in various densities, shapes, sizes and colours. They also provide a better visual appearance to the plant pots.
